Shipping policy

At Eternal Holistics our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

SHIPPING TIME

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment department within 24 hours after the order is placed. Usually, it will be processed the next business day or within 48 hours. It might take 3-5 business days for the fulfillment department to prepare and dispatch the order, depending on order volume and product availability.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by US Postal Service or similar carriers. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery (if available) usually takes about 15–30 business days.

 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
